The Litesa Wallace Fellows Program is a fellowship program for those individuals who are: 17+ years of age and seeking to make a lasting impact in working class communities. All are welcome to apply. The program is specifically designed to be inclusive of the voices of Women, LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and others who come from historically underrepresented spaces within the American political landscape. Those who are potentially interested in running for office, working as campaign staffers, or possess a sincere desire for improvement in their communities are encouraged to apply. Additionally, we would love to meet those who have career or academic passions for the following challenges:

  1. The Future of Work: creation of living wage legislation or workforce development ideas
  2. Climate Justice and Clean Energy Economy
  3. Voting Rights, Voter Suppression Legislation, and/or the John Lewis Voting Rights Act
  4. Access to Affordable and Consistent Healthcare Policy
  5. Reproductive Justice and Freedom
  6. COVID-19 and Community Health Disparities
    Our goals are to engage, cultivate, and inspire our next generation of leadership! Participants will receive industry standard training, networking opportunities, and practical, hands-on experience to help both their resumes and futures!
